Rules and Guidelines – WAVES AV Promo Challenge

RULES & GUIDELINES

Target Participants : The competition is open to creative professionals, from Broadcasters, Advertising Agencies, Independent filmmakers, media production companies, students, and enthusiasts in media, communication, and advertising fields.
Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Geographical Scope: The competition is open to participants in India.
Originality: Submissions must be original works created specifically for this competition. Plagiarism or the use of copyrighted materials without permission will result in disqualification.

Theme: Submissions must align with the theme "Riding the WAVES: Celebrating Innovation and Progress in Entertainment."
Format/Duration: Participants should create Broadcast quality /High Resolution AV in three versions - 3 Minutes, 30 Seconds and 15 Seconds. Sign up on the designated link on the websites of Host Associations/Industry Bodies and upload all three versions in internet friendly versions of the Broadcast Quality AV in formats - MP4; MOV, WMV or AVI format only. File Size should not exceed 20 MB.
Language: All submissions must be in Hindi and English.
Technical Requirements: Ensure high-quality /broadcast quality audio and visual components. Poor-quality submissions will be disqualified.
Branding Elements: Participants must include provided WAVES event branding materials in their AV promo. These materials will be made available on the websites of the Host Associations/Industry Bodies.
